This recipe is an easy and refreshing summer drink made with raw & ripe mango combination. this is the popular mango juice which kids love and is available easily in confectionery stores everywhere, the recipe is so simple it can easily be made at home. this preparation can last for a week when some lemon extract is added to it. This is a uniquely refreshing drink there are many beverages that are made with tropical ripe fruits this one is made with a choice of ripe mango fruit so it tastes of sour and sweet which makes it super delicious.

  • Pressure cooker
  • Kadai
  • Strainer


  • 2 Cup Ripe mango (Chopped)
  • ½ Cup Raw mango (chopped) (Chopped)
  • ½ Cup sugar (white crystal)
  • 2 Liter Drinking water
  • 1/4 tsp Fresh Lemon juice extract (used as preservative)


  • In a pressure cooker add 2 cups ripened mango, ½cup raw mango & ½cup sugar and add 2 cup water and gently stir.
  • Close Cooker Lid and cook for one whistle (Until mangoes soften & Puree is formed)
  • Drain off the mango and blend into smooth/soft paste. (keep aside the drained water)
  • Sieve the pulp as shown! and whisk and mix well.
  • Add 4 cup water and mix according to the consistency that is required.
  • Add 1/2 Tsp lemon extract for tangy taste and this also acts as a preservative.
  • Refrigerate and Serve
